October 30, 2015 - light on the rim with some browning starting; medium legs
nose is strong and typical Coonawarra Shiraz - red fruit, eucalyptus, white pepper
palate supports the nose with some stewed fruit, well-integrated oak notes, soft ripe tannins, some acidity left
medium-long finish with distinct pepper notes at the end. Excellent drinking condition. -
