August 1, 2020 - Lovely. No formal tasting note but paired beautifully with a spicy curry.

May 24, 2013 - French Consulate dinner with Mark Perrin - this still has zingy acidity to go along with mature flavors of melon-like fruits and honey and a round, oily texture. The finish is complex with notes of brown spice, orange peel and a strong mineral content. Really fine and perfectly mature.

July 30, 1995 - At un-PC party with Ed. Viki, Jen. Cage and J. Excellent - great match with goats cheese souffle. This wine has opened up - honeyed characters, herbs,glue and wet stones and an aged qulaity similar to the Elston 1989.
