April 29, 2023 - Coming back to this. On the palate: Apricot, orange blossom and zest, beeswax, honeysuckle, hint of honey and tropical fruits, lots of salinity. Saying that this is magnificent does not do it justice. It is one of the best white wines I have had. I am going to enjoy continuing to meter out my remaining bottles over the next years to see how it evolves.

November 16, 2021 - Color is golden yellow. On the nose: Lemon citrus and orange zest, white flowers, paraffin. On the palate:Apricot, melon, beeswax, honey, petrol, lots of salinity on the finish. Excellent mouthfeel. This is fabulous. I have a case that I have been saving and letting age along with a case of JL Chave Hermitage Blanc. I am going to compare over the next 10 years. There is a lot of life in this.

September 8, 2013 - Brilliant nose of toasted carmel, pear. A little young on the palate. Nice wine. Likely best in another few years.
