June 5, 2011 - Beautiful nose of apricots. The apricots come through on the palate with wonderful grilled pineapple, peach and honey notes. Sharp and crisp. Beautiful desert wine. Would pair wonderfully with a plate of fresh berries and melon.

May 20, 2010 - Consumed with Mango cheesecake. A perfect match. The acidity, apricots, and bits of nutmeggy spice were great on their own and even better with the cheesecake. Wonderful.
