Community Tasting Notes 2

November 28, 2013 - Wild strawberry notes on the nose, earthy as well in a way, sandy. Sweet strawberry on the palate here as well, this slides across the tongue, lively and lovely. Delicate in its approach, but it delivers a tight beam of pure ripe strawberry laced fruit, wrapped in refreshing acidity. I had this before and liked it, but this is truly singing now.

April 24, 2010 - Airy and floral, with ripe red berry fruit, and herbal undertones. This is lithe, lacy, with raspberry and red/black cherry flavors that are complex, without treading heavily on the palate. Wonderfully elegant, with an acidic edginess that is resolved with some air, and truly seductive, faint hint of anise on the finish.
