December 17, 2015 - Pale straw yellow. Clear and bright. Quite a lot of legs and tears. Light, clean and delicate citrus fruit aroma of lemons and elderflower, with a hint of sweet honey. Dry, acidic and clean. A tart lemony flavour accompanied, as in the smell, by elderflower and a rounded sweet honey flavour.
