  September 29, 2012 - Nice table wine. Opaque purple color. Loamy dark cherrie nose. Palate of dark fruit and shaved chocolate. Very tannic finish. 5+11+15+7=88

  October 29, 2011 - shared with ellen, mahesh and pat at selkirk manor. found this bottle at a local retailer and was attracted to it because it is bottled in teramo wich is down the road from pat's home town and, in our experience, produces better than average montepulciano d'abruzzo. this wine was enjoyed by all. lots of sweet cherry fruit with a hint of chocolate. seems to have enough stuffing to develop further with a year or two in bottle. asked the merchant to order more but have yet to see it on the shelf. will look again.

  May 27, 2011 - Olho: Límpido, rubi semi intenso.
  Nariz: Limpo, intensidade média, grama molhada, animal, herbáceo, frutas vermelhas frescas.
  Boca: Seco, boa acidez, taninos leves, corpo e persistência médios, frutas vermelhas, herbáceo.
  A tradicional harmonização com molhos a base de tomate funciona bem.
