  April 16, 2011 - Robijnrood van kleur. Direct vanuit de fles in het glas een onaangename zure geur en smaak met onrijp rood fruit, kruiden, eikenhout en alcohol.
  Na enige tijd zwakt de vieze geur wat af en wordt de smaak ook iets aangenamer: wat fruitiger en aards, maar het gaat nog steeds alle kanten op. Het te dominante eikenhout en de hoeveelheid alcohol walst alle overige smaken plat.

  April 16, 2011 - In de neus dieselolie, frambozen, aardbei.
  De mediumvolle smaak geeft rood fruit weer met een tikje diesel, mooie zuren, zachte taninnes.
