December 14, 2010 - Very smooth, easy to drink, fruity

October 5, 2010 - way better with food...without food, this wine is real thin and not really worth drinking...but paired with something to eat, it takes on new life and does just fine for $5

February 18, 2010 - First day: tart raspberry and blackberry, a little spice, strong tannins, and too much toasted oak. Day two (vacuvinned): more of the same. Day 3: transformed! The fruit seems more ripe, but more notably the tannins and oak have settled down, resulting in a nicely balanced everyday wine.
