January 10, 2015 - Wonderful champers. Drinking beautifully right now. Bready aromas mingling with some green apple. Creamy notes, maybe something a touch vegetal too. Palate is superbly balanced. Feels delicate but yet has a lovely richness thru mid palate. Refreshing acidity. Was disappointed when the bottle was finished.

February 5, 2011 - Still very youthful. Crisp, yeasty, and fresh. Ripe mouthfilling apple fruit. Still has some life ahead of it.

July 3, 2010 - Fresh and zesty with a light refreshing mouthfeel. Exceptionally clean and bright. The mousse was possibly the whitest I have ever seen. Lively in the glass. Citrus and green apples. An improvement over the one opened 7 months ago, which was already very good. Wondeful aperitif on a perfect sunny summer afternoon.
