Community Tasting Notes 2

  • brianb8851 Does not like this wine: 75 points

May 7, 2010 - Well, it's wine. It's not bad, it's just not good. Heavy nose of Welch's grape juice with a bit of cherry tossed in. Ok palate. I paid $3, and tossed it in a braise.

April 19, 2010 - Notes taken 2 hours after opening. Nose has a tart grape note reminiscent of Kool-aid, along with some vanilla toasted oak. The initial palate is artificial blueberry and grape flavors, again similar to Kool-aid or Hi-C, followed by some earthy oak and not much else.

No worse, no better than 2-buck Chuck.
