February 14, 2022 - Great mixed black field blend that surprisingly (or maybe not) was still fairly tannic. Deep, dark fruits and enough acidity, but I do think a little more time would serve this wine well. P.s. love the bottles/labels. Pure class.

December 21, 2018 - Decanted for 45 minutes. Aromas of grilled herbs, black cherry, boysenberry, raspberry and kirsch liquor. Flavors of boysenberry, raspberry, cherry, chocolate Grenache and touch of olive. Ends with a long finish of 40 seconds with boysenberry and herb notes. This isn’t too heavy and drinking the best out of 3 bottles. Wow.

April 22, 2017 - The best bottle of the 3 that we've consumed. I thought this was on the way down last year but this bottle was dense and full of life. A good amount of fine sediment that was even hard to strain but it didn't really detract from the drinking. Almost black in color with a nose of blackcurrant and cassis and a spice box note adding complexity. Excellent palate impact, expansive and a long finish. Very fine blend.

February 20, 2016 - This bottle was more elegant than the last one we drank. But I think it lacked some of the complexity of that bottle as well. Medium bodied, dark red fruits, pleasant drinking bottle.

August 5, 2015 - Beautiful wine that is in a really good place right now. Early taste of the wine (10 minutes after opening showed it was closed) but after 45 minutes the wine moved to a very elegant state. Notes of blackberry, cocoa and lots of graphite this wine delivered a solid finish. It's not a huge wine but it's also not weak either. Brooding and dark but with balance.
