Community Tasting Notes 3

May 1, 2019 - Very good version of Washington merlot, lots of sweet black cherry fruit with solid tannins behind it.

July 17, 2013 - Popped and poured. 2007 vintage tended to produce BIG wines and this is a perfect example. Blind I would have figured it for a cabernet sauvignon (and a good one at that). Spicy, oaky, black fruit dominated nose that leads into a full bodied, blackberry jam flavor profile. Nicely balanced for it's heft. Solid finish. Would purchase again.

December 11, 2010 - Popped and poured. Still very young, but wanted to see how it was doing. Flavors of blackberry and oak. The wood hasn't yet integrated into the wine and could use another year to settle down. More blackberry on the palate. Would purchase again.
