December 30, 2013 - Christmas & New Year 2013; 12/20/2013-1/1/2014: Magnum. Very decent with good Graves character. Relatively light, and maybe I'm guilty of keeping it a tad too long, but satisfying and functional luncheon claret. Good. ***

June 10, 2011 - This juicy medium body wine has an appetising aromas of cherries, plum, spice and cigar box. The palate cleansing acidity and soft tannin provides extreme pleasure to go with our italian dishes. The wine gives hints of southern rhone, italian veneto, and beaujolais. Did the wine go thru partial carbonic maceration?

On its own, without food, the hot sensation at the back become more obvious, although minor case, attracting unnessary attention nevertheless.

Finishing lacks focus and leaving behind an uncomfortable dryness in the mouth.

Rmb110 in Hong Kong is a good buy for daily drinking but Rmb170 in Shanghai has nothing special in terms of QPR.

November 29, 2010 - I let this bottle decant for a couple of hours before drinking. The flavours of berries jumped off the pallet. Good hints of minerality and well integrated tannins. Hints of vanilla on the nose. This bottle is great value for money and will keep for a couple of more years easily.

November 18, 2010 - Very nice claret - vanilla nose, smooth dark and round - a little oak coming through
