August 5, 2010 - you might want to aerate/decant cause there is a bit of H2S hanging around. intense aromatics. on the nose, you just know it's cabernet franc. floral, black pepper, herbal with serious fruit of the red persuasion. lots of raspberry. a bit woody in the mouth with subtle but persistent tannin. acidity, of course, makes up the bulk of the structure. all in all, a solid wine. it's got a lot to offer.
