    February 24, 2012 - A deep dark blood red. No sign of oxidation yet. The nose is more on the cherry. It is hard to distinguish anything else; seems to have only one dimension. Once in your mouth, it is quite smooth, he few tannins are quite smooth. Again, nothing spectacular; one dimension, nothing seems to want to evolves into other savors, tastes, smells. Te aftertaste is somewhat long, but still with the same notes. It drinks like water, which is good. But I would have expected a bit more of complexity.

    So, to resume: nothing bad, drinks well, but nothing that will let you think about it an evening. Don't wait further and drink what you have in 2012.

    October 22, 2011 - Black raspberry juice color. The aroma consists of fruit and alcohol. The taste profile has elements of unripened berries and mixed spices. Think of opening the spice cabinet on a warm dry day. The finish is tannic but does not linger. It improves with breathing.

    March 31, 2011 - 11/20 Bio ? Ouais si on veut mais cela n'en fait pas une référence. Il n'y a rien de convainquant dans ce vin fait de tempranillo et de syrah. Le nez est épicé et il vient des odeurs de houblon. C'est normal cela ? Et en bouche la vieille barrique a fait son temps. Finale astringente. Pas net du tout.

    September 24, 2010 - On en avait dit du bien sur certains site Internet, peut-être un peu trop mais disons que c'est un excellent tempranillo (avec une note de syrah) sans prétention. Malheureusement, il n'a pas assuré avec le délicieux T-Bone/frites qui l'accompagnait car il manquait de tanin et de finale, un peu trop «soft» pour un espagnol. Il a par contre bien fait son boulot au coin du feu un peu plus tard en soirée, c'était là sa véritable place.
