  December 22, 2021 - Floats like a feather, stings like a slap in the face from an infant. Very light, barnyard and medicinal. Past its prime.

  December 28, 2014 - Intens duft av sure sokker syrah-frukt. Såpass intens at det var utfordrende å drikke denne. Nokså tynn på smak og da var det bare den krevende duften igjen. Skuffende opplevelse.

  February 27, 2014 - Relatively light purple red. Smoke (flint), bacon and pepper on the nose. Reminds about a Côte Rotie. Tingles a bit on the tongue (CO2?). Great acidity. Juicy and easygoing. Lovely stuff.

  August 18, 2011 - Brought two bottles to a barbeque. Characteristic Syrah nose with hints of blackberries, pine needles and medicine cabinet. Apart from the fairly pleasant bouquet this wine was terribly disappointing. Surprisingly light bodied (11% alcohol) and very anonymous on the palate – much like drinking water spiked with a little grape essence. Both bottles were also slightly fizzy. How parts of the national wine press could be so enthusiastic is beyond me.
