  November 15, 2009 - Knightsbridge's New Release Burgundy Tasting (Knightsbridge, Northbrook IL): nose: nice and forward nose of dark berries, bits of earth tones, some dark spices and dark red cherry tones. Good balance, but not too much depth
  
  taste: very good medium feel with good tannins and medium acidity with forward tones of earthen spices, dark red cherries and a touch of dark berries
  
  overall: a nice food burg. Good supporting structure with a forward quality to it on both the nose and palate. There isn't that much depth, but the fruit is nice and fresh right now

  taste: smooth and polished with spice and cherry tones predominetly, but lacking depth
  
  overall: a very good Givry, but there isn't much depth going on with this. Light and not much acidity backing it up, this is more of an early drinker and could probably use some food to help it out
