    December 10, 2011 - Rich, full-bodied chardonnay

    November 2, 2010 - Appearance: clear, medium intensity gold, pale rim.
    Nose: Clean medium and fully developed apple, pear, oak.
    Palate: Dry, medium acidity, low tannins, medium+ alcohol, full-bodied, Medium+ intensity and rich ripe baking apples, bosc pears with toasted almonds. Medium+ finish length. Very very good quality. Ready to drink but can age.
    Cork closure. 14.1% abv. (D 7, F 6; MSW; Cent.)

    March 11, 2010 - Light straw color in the glass. Faint nose of butter and toast. Little else but toast, lemon and butter in a light to medium body with good acidity. 20 second finish.
