December 25, 2014 - Served with goose (using Julia Child receipe). Nice compliment. Opened 1 hour before drinking. Good nose, no flaws, nice pepper-spice. better than expected body and color. For an inexpensive southern Oregon Pinot, it was better than I had expected and could have easily gone another year or two.
