March 31, 2022 - Some bottle variation. This one was very good with food.

November 11, 2021 - Not as familiar with Barolos. This bottle was not very enjoyable. Assuming flawed.

March 29, 2020 - Una bomba, an italien friend would say. This barolo is still at the beginning of its drinking window. Bouquet of roses, violets, truffles and some blueberries and butter dough. The tannins are still immensely challenging a trademark of this vintage, but compared to other 2006 Barolos this has some of the La Morra voluptuousness to balance it. This Nebbiolo is on its way to greatness.

August 17, 2019 - Opened and decanted with dinner at Tosca in DC, but ideally, I'd have decanted this at least 2 or 3 hours before dinner. Still young, but opened up beautifully over two hours with dinner.
