October 13, 2006 - Very nice Sauvignon Blanc. Very ripe and opulent. Flavors/aromas of citrus, honeydew melon and oak. Nice acidity makes this a great food wine. Long finish with very pleasant aftertaste. Unbelievable quality for the money.

April 5, 2005 - Used half of this to cook with, drank the other half with Jen and Nicole. I like the taste of this better than the really acidic, severe Sauv Blancs. This was easy to drink and had some flavor to it, but wasn't too interesting. Not smooth, certainly.
