• Big Juicy Red Likes this wine:

  May 20, 2018 - A little musty on the nose (as an older wine, not in a bad/defective way). Fresh fruit is largely gone; mostly secondary characteristics left at this point. Lots of dark stewed fruit on the palette. Tannins have softened but are still very noticeable. Long smooth finish. Still enjoyable, but clearly at or a little beyond its optimal drinking window.

  January 26, 2014 - Red fruit, floral and cocoa notes. Nuanced flavors. Well balanced. Silky tannins. Big without being overdone. Great for the price.

  January 6, 2014 - One of my favorite blends! This wine never fails to come through. Rock solid. Smooth tannins. Not a chewy cab and not a funky Old world blend. This wine is somewhere in the middle.
