August 7, 2021 - Wine was properly stored from purchase upon release until consumed. Big, bold bouquet of classic cassis, berries, dark fruit.

April 26, 2011 - Wow! Still very young, intense Cab aroma and firm tannins, deep purple with no sign of significant aging. Years of life left. (bottle personally signed to us by David A Rafanelli on a visit in 2000)

January 2, 2009 - Served on New Years eve with Short ribs and it was a great match and well received by all. Decanted for one hour. It has aged nicely yet still retains nice fruit, dusty tannins, an earthy olive component. Nice long finish. Still has a few years to go for those who want to wait.
