Community Tasting Notes 2

February 11, 2004 - Medium ruby color. Very reserved nose, some cherry and berry, but hard to coax out. Some cherry, raspberry and blackberry. Nice acidity. Very soft tannins buried in the background.

January 1, 2000 - Disappointing based on the reports about the vintage. Not as much Barbera fruit as the Montevina Barbera from California for example.
