Community Tasting Notes 1

September 21, 2013 - Generous aromas of juicy yellow peach, freshly cut pinapple, ripe honeydew melon, and brown spice. Really nice balance on the palate, where the acidity is fresh but not spiky, the ripe flavours abound and there's no bitterness to find. A wonderful drink at this juncture. Yes of course you can keep it, but why?
