February 3, 2019 - Un lujo poder degustar es Vin Jaune con 20 años a cuestas. El propietario de la bodega, Alain de Laguiche, nos dice que lo vin juane evoluciona rápidamente en los 2 primeros años de salir al mercado, para pasar luego 20 años prácticamente estables y volver de nuevo a evolucionar... Este muestra un color oro viejo y una nariz seductora, de nuevo con aires jerezanos si bien más golosa y con presencia de matices tostados. Las notas de la crianza biológica están muy bien definidas. En boca tiene buen ataque, hay peso de fruta, cierta salinidad, sensaciones cítricas y un paso muy afilado por la acidez. Largo y seductor. Excelente.
