May 13, 2017 - Drinking very nice right now. Took 30 minutes to open up. First hour and a half was very fruitty and smooth. Excellent. Perfect companion for a plate of dried sausage and aged pecorino cheese. After 1.5 hours the fruit subsided and it was replaced by more of a woody flavor.

March 7, 2012 - Red fruits. Moderate tannins. Plenty of acid and tannin matched with the fruit for a long life.
