Community Tasting Notes 1

September 5, 2017 - Initially muted nose that took plenty of time to open up. Sour cherries, dried herbs, smoke. Tart, tight. Chalky layered tannin. Revealed itself a beauty on the final glass, post 2hr decant. Hold. (94 Excellent wine)
