November 22, 2019 - This one is certanly coming into a nice drinking window. Powerful yet refined Syrah with notes of blackberries, chocolate and a bit pepper. Very good a couple of years ago but better now. Will probably hold up another 5 years but im not sure it will improve from now. 93 P

October 17, 2018 - (from mag) Hint of cocoa and damson on the nose. Super primary pressed black fruits on the palate, showing a hint of heat but no gooey-ness or heat towards the finish. Missing the length and complexity of the best vintages of this wine but it's still a high quality wine that has a positive future - to be clear these are some of the best vines in Australia from a date of planting/physical situation perspective. That said, I think 750mls will be best over the next 2-3 years. I didn't check the ABV but knowing Greg, no doubt it's 16(+)%

January 16, 2010 - This can potentially be a great wine, but not for now. It's so closed and tight that it's undrinkable at this moment, even after couple of hours decanting.
It might need from 3-5 years before one can even think about drinking it.
