March 10, 2024 - Much better than the last bottle.
A gorgeous nose with lots of herbs but also pure strawberry fruit and secondary leafy evolution. Absolutely knockout.
Fresh and elegant on the palate. Again the lovely strawberry fruit, a gorgeous confit sweetness.
Absolutely superb: the first bottle from this case was obviously faulty, the fruit wasn’t there.

February 1, 2024 - Elegant herb, spice, discreet blueberry fruit
Elegant. Lots of tannin. Fading fruit.
    Not a great showing.

December 9, 2023 - BTG via Coravin at 67PM from double magnum.

Pale translucent ruby with bricking at the rim.
Nose has an unfussed elegance to it, some sprezzatura. Deep plum and Christmas spice, orange peel, posh leather, terracotta and in the background a lifted light cherry note and sundried tomato.
Disappointingly less generous on the palate - there is
a hint of a coherent picture for a second then becomes disjointed with quite a bitter finish. Perhaps tapped too much with the Coravin

November 3, 2023 - Gorgeous tonight! Incredibly vibrant and fresh for the warm vintage. It’s so elegant and detailed with a captivating bouquet of wilted roses, red berry fruit, smoky herbs and mushrooms and the palate is delicate, pure and long with incisive acids, lift and layered minerality. Peak.

September 16, 2023 - A Delightful Dinner in Vienna: Ruby with minimal color change. A whiff of VA and ripe red fruit. Excellent volume and mouth coverage, deep dark cherry, lush and long with fine acidity, perfectly folded in tannins. Delicious and still 5+ years of potential.
