August 12, 2013 - Envy is a great boutique winery and if I remember correctly a Nils Venge project. All their wines are wonderful and this one is no exception, it's aging beautifully with no signs of fading. Ripe black fruit and smooth supple tannins make this very enjoyable.

December 24, 2012 - Very nice blend that is a good pairing for most anything. Seems to have the best of all the wines used in the blend.

June 4, 2011 - Very Bordeaux like nose. Plenty of sweet dark berries and cherries. Wonderful sweet fruit and dark coffee on the palate. Nicely integrated tannins and solid balance. Very nice finish. Well made and solid effort by Nils Venge.

April 7, 2011 - This was very pleasant.. Aromas of blackberry with a little vanilla. Smooth, sweet, rich body with integrated tannins - blackberry, cassis, and some leather.

December 12, 2010 - Fresh from the winery, this still has it's baby color of purple in the glass. Provocative nose including some Calistoga dark fruit and mint. Nice grip and length.
