    (Bollinger Champagne) From magnum - light medium peach yellow color; nice mature, baked peach, mineral, mushroom nose with a touch of caramel; caramel, a little sherried, tart peach, mineral palate with depth, texture and medium acidity; medium-plus finish 91+ pts.
