  January 26, 2015 - Medium garnet color with a good amount of sediment in the bottle.
  
  Mature nose with a medium aroma intensity. Aromas of prunes, barnyard, leather, warm earth, red berries and some coffee beans.
  
  Dry on the palate with medium acidity, body and tannin. Medium intensity of flavors. Flavors of red berries, earth, dried herbs, green bell pepper and violets. The finish is medium.
  
  This one is still kicking, but it has developed into something that is very difficult to pin-point. I wish I could've tasted this one like five years ago.

  January 25, 2015 - FW-BYOB-HT-15#2; 1/24/2015-1/25/2015: This is not at all "for gammel", though arguably that depends on what you were looking for and what you consider "too old" :)
  
  This is very mature, with a quite intense nose full of funk, stable floor, black tea, red bell pepper, slightly burned, herbs and some dried fruit. Medium(+) acidity, with distinct tannins, decent intensity and a dry finish. There is some warmth in the wine though, and it gives the wine a sort of sweetish alcoholic touch that you so often find in these warm parts of Italy. Did not try this blind, as it was my own bonus bottle, but I doubt I would have been anywhere close.
