June 2, 2020 - Similar to last time. My last bottle, not sad to see this particular offering go. The other Dessilani wines seemed to have paid off better than the Fara Caramino.

December 22, 2019 - Dusty nose with dried cherry, plum skin, licorice, cocoa, mahogany, leather, and iodine. Quite tannic and dry, even into the 3rd day, though it does show a touch more fruit and sweetness in the midpalate (87+?). I wouldn't touch another bottle for a few more years, but I also don't know where it will go.

March 17, 2018 - Sadly there is very little going on here - bottle was perfect, decanted about an hour. Flat, very little taste, very little anything. Other Dessilani wines have paid bigger dividends, this was disappointing.

March 31, 2017 - Deep rich chocolate after 3 hours open and decanted. Yum
