Community Tasting Notes 1

February 11, 2012 - Medium deep garnet. Med+ int on the nose. Leather, red berries, mushroom, some dusty, woodlike aromas. Damp cellar.
Med+ body, med+ acidity, med+ tannins. Quite coarse tannins that linger longer than the rather dried out fruit. Med long aftertaste. On its way down, but still an interesting specimen with qualities.
