Community Tasting Notes 4

September 22, 2021 - Four bottles found at the back of my cellar - which expected to be way past it - but...after being almost undrinkble in it’s first decade this wine has turned into something amazing - damson and blackfruit, viscous, but with a strong seam of fresh acidity - a wine to drink with roast meat or after dinner beside a fire with cheese and nuts - years of life left in this - I wish I had more. Hats off to Mr Rolland.

May 30, 2014 - Vintage Wine Store Tasting (Pinecrest, Miami, FL): Northern Argentina. Still not ready, needs a couple more years. Mouth filling tannins. We rated our top five. This was #1 of the tasting.

August 11, 2013 - This had so much oak in the beginning ,but fortunately it blew off after a while.Decanted it(busted the cork completely,so I had to...)which helped a lot. After half an hour it showed the deep dark fruit, violet and stuff.Did not show the 7 years of age,I think it will last longer than the CT window.Didn't buy it and wouldn't buy it,but it was fun to drink it.

October 12, 2008 - Red ruby intense with violet notes. profound. the nose is very intense with notes of leather, somer earthy, plum and forest fruits. full body with an excellent balance wit 20 sec aftertaste. is an almost femenine version of yacochuya. th acidiy is perfect and the hetwih is awesome, super recomendable wine, and thanks michel rrolland for make an afordable wine for all of us.
