March 27, 2006 - Rather better than the typical Vidal icewine: although the acidity is medium, rather than high, it still is not in any way sticky, and is not too sweet. Also it avoids the raisin-pie filling character that is found in too many vidal icewines. This one has some quite lovely peach and grapefruit flavours, and a very pleasant finish. Very delicate.
