December 29, 2012 - outstanding! 02 from magnum for birthday! Just wonderful.

Other bottles of NV have been pretty tight and linear -- this was more round with ample citrus and pears and tart apples and rocks. I've cellared these mags about 2 years now which has really made a difference. All 2002 grapes. No dosage -- really focused and sharp. I love this stuff.

September 16, 2011 - En Magnum. Mousse dissipated very fast. Very Chablis-esque. Not fruit-oriented, rather minerality focused.
