August 31, 2016 - Rich chocolate, wonderfully intense flavour. Very well balanced with smooth tannins leading to a long finish. Definitely a good time to drink, but has a few years left. Very enjoyable!

April 8, 2011 - Porty, cloying, obvious raisiny character. Nothing remarkable on the nose. Had to add sparking water to drink it, which should tell you enough of how much I thought about this wine. One redeeming feature though: it left me feeling better than before I drank it, except for the oversized $40 hole in my pocket.
