December 11, 2010 - Intense berry and chocolate notes on the nose - a great bargain IMO and happy I bought half a case!

April 6, 2010 - I paid $19 bucks for this wine and it tastes like a 40 dollar wine. A beautiful dark purple color with a nose of leather, berries and anise it's spicy and delicious.

January 30, 2010 - Crimson red, purple in the core. Opaque.
Aroma ..... plums, black cherries with hints of smoke and chocolate. Pretty simple yet very pleasant.
Taste ...... medium to full bodied, smooth drying tannins. Black cherries and plums on initial hit. Really nice medium length finish. Also get vanilla and cassis on the mid palate and a slight tinge of a sour note on the finish. Nice balance,

    Really a nice wine.
