December 24, 2010 - A classic white Bordeaux blend with 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale yellow colour, some aroma of citrus fruits. Quite refreshing on the palate with lots of citrus fruits and some grassy notes. The finish is clean and it goes well with my salmon dinner.
