December 16, 2022 - Decanted and drank. Aromas of tar, rose petal, raspberry, cherry and iron. Flavors of iron, tar, raspberry, dried cherry and mushroom. Ends with a tar and raspberry finish of 30+ seconds. Still
    Drinking nicely.

July 8, 2021 - Quick decant. Aromas of tar, rose petal, cherry and funk. Flavors of dried cherry, tar, earth, dried raspberry and dried currant. Ends with a fantastic finish of 35+ seconds. Still has a tannic bite to it but excellent.

November 22, 2020 - Old wine, but still in fresh condition. Medium acidity, high fruitiness, moderate tannines, very lovely gamey, berry and mushroomy aromas. This was the first quality wine I had purchsed in my life, around 2006. Will be missing it!

November 14, 2020 - Decanted for 20 minutes and drank. Aromas of truffle, tar, rose petal and dried cherry. Flavors of dried cherry, raspberry, tar, earth and dried pomegranate. Ends with a great finish of 35-40 seconds with dried cherry and raspberry notes. Still a lot fo fruit kicking on this. This was well stored and has a ways to go. Better than the last bottle I had.

October 10, 2020 - Decanted for 20 minutes. Cork came apart on opening. Bit cool from the restaurant cellar on first sip. Aromas of truffle, tar, rose petal and dried cherry. Flavors of tar, dried cherry, earth, bit of funk and hint of dried cranberry. Ends with a long finish of 25-30 seconds with dried cherry notes. This restaurant has a very cold cellar and was stored there since it was bought. Have had some great older bottles from it aged to perfection. This still can go on for a while but based on the other notes storage is key.
