May 1, 2016 - Very savoury with an acid streak. Even at 8 years old this continued to open and improve in the glass.

    January 8, 2016 - Delicious.

August 18, 2015 - Nose is light, fruity, and spicy, with strong cranberry alongside hints of strawberry, cinnamon, and orange blossom. Sappy palate, with bright acidity and mild astringency. Simple and refreshing, with flavours of blackcurrant, strawberry, and lemon juice.

June 8, 2014 - Quite dark for a pinot and correspondingly brooding on the nose. Dark cherry flavours and well integrated and balanced acidity. Liked this a lot.

June 26, 2011 - Tasting at Curly Flat with Phillip, Matthew, the cats and the fireplace (Curly Flat Winery): Dark dried fruit with savory elements of under brush, briar and dried herbs. The briar continues through the palette with a good firm tannic texture and great length. Not bad for a number two driver.
