September 27, 2015 - Lots of cherry cola and a little menthol at first with secondary, very faint barnyard undertones. All of that shifted after 30-45 minutes or so, with the flavor profile settling into a more balanced fruitiness with less cherry cola. Hard to say whether this wine will get better from here.
