Community Tasting Notes 2

May 31, 2010 - Like someone else said, "over the top" describes this one perfectly. It's drinkable but you could get an equivalent malbec for under $10, so why bother?

March 16, 2010 - Maybe 89+. On day 1, this was way over the top for my tastes, with the oak dominating the fruit, making it almost sweet. Two days later, this had integrated better, but was still big. Rustic and not at all subtle, with lots of red/blue fruit. If I had another bottle, I would hold it a couple of years at least before opening. Needs times to come together.
