November 9, 2023 - Another penultimate-from-the-case bottle. As with some recent bottles, a slightly worrying advanced colour, though nowhere near the poxed PYCM opened immediately beforehand. Quite densely saline, a touch of honey and a finely crystalline texture. A sense of oyster shell on the nose. Lacks a bit of zip and vitality for four stars, but a very good drink not lacking typicity. ***1/2

June 24, 2019 - Mid to full straw. Lovely nose, saline but with a touch of honey. Similar on palate — grippy but with a slightly crystalline honey element, rounded across the mid-palate and a minerally finish. Really quite long. ***1/2

April 9, 2019 - Worryingly dark golden colour. Not posed though. Nicely fresh saline nose. Saline and very minerally. Grippy. Lovely texture. At peak. Lovely bit time to drink up. ****

December 8, 2018 - Saltwater taffy, candied lemon peel. poached apple. light honey. lite gunsmoke and crushed oyster shells on the nose. medium weight, showing some evolution but acid is ripping till the finish. lightest bit of reduction salty sea shells, textured on the palate. DELISH!! An amazing bottle. Showing better than when tasted last year. Still has long life ahead.

June 5, 2018 - Mid gold. Saline nose. Some development, a touch of honey. Still good attack and mineral, saline grip. More expansive on the mid palate. Good. ***1/2
