September 30, 2011 - Some fruit, some acidity, tannins and oak. Everything was there and integrated. Good, but far from impressing. It was nice with the pizza, but I wouldn't buy it (I think it was somewhere between € 10,-- and € 13,--, so the QPR is not so good).

March 19, 2011 - Ruby red. The nose is tight and slightly over-oaked with a touch of plummy raspberry fruit. Still far too young, the medium bodied palate is dominated by dry very spicy tannins. Twenty four hours later it has softened to reveal some nice cherry and raspberry fruit. Needs a lot more time for the fruit to balance the dryness.
