August 14, 2018 - *essentially the same notes as last year but the wine has become a little flat. Some baking spice showing. It was still enjoyable with some grilled chicken and a Romeo 505.

June 25, 2017 - Deep orange hues, full bodied.
    Candied yellow fruit, some oak
Round, sweet stewed yellow fruit. Medium plus finish. Although acidity has dissipated, the wine compensates with a more lengthy sophisticated experience.

  • Stadjer Likes this wine:

    January 18, 2015 - Deep golden colour
Spice, stonefruits, and candied fruits on nose
    Candied fruits return on palate
    Ample acidity
    Slight burn from high alcohol
    Refined and delicate
    Pretty good

    October 29, 2011 - A: Med Intensity, Developing
    Egg[Meringue], Sugary/Rich, Orange Creamsicle
T: Med Dry, Med+ Acid, full body, med+ int, med+ finish
Orange, Spice/Cola, Creamy, some more meringue

Conc: The powerdery sweetness of this seemed to bother me a bit, but other person I shared this with loved it

June 20, 2011 - Terkel got it spot on. I know wine tasting, and reactions to wine, are quite personal and individual, but Terkel there nailed it.
