March 2, 2010 - This is the stainless steel ferement "the baby". Hence the name on the title. Which is apperently a name that came from the former importer. A riper red fruit note with an undercurrent of earth and saltiness. A bit of carbonic maceration to the wine maybe? Tastes unusual to me.
